During the 2nd phase of the fight with Edric at the end of Act 1, my character (ranged) fell off the platform and teleported to town. The fight was still going on, Edric's healthbar was still in screen and I couldn't teleport. I think it was caused by the 'Evasion' skill.

I had the same happen to me a few minutes ago, I was running behind him as he had the shield up and ended up at the edge, I used my 'Evasion' skill and jumped off the edge. I fell for a bit then I respawned in town with Edric's healthbar at the top of my screen and unable to teleport anywhere.
