It happens to me every time I die and I return to the town ... I only get the sword that I have equipped I can not do anything the only thing left is to restart and the truth is not a good experience

He is dead in town, but looks alive, the game thinks he's dead, but he isn't, meaning he can't move, or do anything but reset so he is alive again.
