This is a bug report and a question:

1. I am fairly certain frenzied blows does not work as described. My friend skilled in and the manacost increased by a factor of ~1.5 . He tried different skills and different rune setups and always had roughly that number. Since he had pretty much 0 rage cost reduction this does not make any sense to me.

2. How is the ability supposed to work exactly? If i have 100 rage cost with 0 reduction the rage cost afterwards should be 200, that seems clear to me.
   My question is what happens if i have rage cost of 100 and 50% rage cost reduction. Does it cost 100 since the cost of 50 is multiplied by 2 or does it cost 150 since the rage cost modifier are additive with each other?
