In the Gate of Fates talent tree, there's a skill / talent not working. Tested it multiple ways and doesn't seem to ever work or apply at all. It's the node in the "ARMS MAESTER" branch called "POISED BARRIER" that is supposed to add an additional +10% Block Chance. It does nothing. My block chance literally stays the same with or without this talent selected. No matter if using a shield or not (have talent to be able to block with any weapon too) and never changes, by 10% or otherwise. Literally does nothing at all.
