I was in the middle of the Yudia boss fight in Act 1 and one of his attacks moved me outside the fog wall and put me right on top of the stairs. I could not move anywhere except sideways a little bit. I managed to beat him and it gave me the quest to talk to the guardian but I could not teleport or dodge roll into the arena to talk to it. I thought I had video, but Nvidia bugged out on me and didn't record properly. The only thing I could do was restart as no town portal was allowed. Upon restarting I had to refight Yudia.
