The modifier was working great from acts 1-3 but once I got into end game instead of shooting continuous rockets it only shoots one at a time. If I close game and relog sometimes it works properly but eventually reverts back to one missile at a time.

same problem, in act 2-3 it worked fine most of the time but now that i finished acts and want to continue lvling the skill broke...

it just works differently now, you can cast it multiple times in a row really quick when holding down the skillkey but its not really worth because you shred through your rage that way in 1sec ...
