Second day stuck with this issue, tired all the tips I could find online with nothing working. Please fix this, so frustrating to be this close to completing the story line and get stuck.

I ran this several times it seems to happen during the second phase when Heimlock goes back into his ascended form, he totally freezes, and you can hit him, but no damage is registered. Very repeatable, I did it 4 times in a row. This is my second play through, didnt know if that might be an issue.
