if you kill heimlock too fast as he morphs into his stronger form he just freezes and you cant continue the fight he is invincible and doesn't move.
Edit: and now he is just freezing every time the first time he transforms

I am getting this issue too. Every fight Hemlock freezes in 2nd form at about 75% hp.

I and alot of others have the same bug. It completely stops progression :(
I spent 2.5 hours last night trying to get through this encounter. Always had to relog due to Hemlock stalling in ohase 2 or 3

Please fix. I'm having the issue to. Playing offline.
Hemlock freezes somewere between 75-25% health sometimes 2 or 3 phase. Allways when he changes or just after. Tried slow damage aswell nope.

I had the same issue but I finally made it.
I´ve killed him without using any stasis effects in my skills.
I hope it work for you guys as well.
