In the patricide quest Heimlock stops moving around and attacking. Cannot damage him. The balls still work, Freeze, Summon which I can attack and they can attack me. Part of the issue may be I still see Fury's Ascent > Talk to Heimlock.

Same bug... After 15 min fighthing him, I finally thought I was going to kill him, and he got frozen. I can hit him but no damage. https://ibb.co/BPD6330
