I had hope. I played 10 hours and faced Heimlock. And guess what ?
Months later, Heimlock still disappears in phase 3 meaning that he cannot be defeated. I have tried 3 times - same issue.
It is time you stop hiring interns to de-bug what you promised us years ago. Shame.

Yes this is still happening, 2 times in a row in phase 3. the 3rd time i defeated him, and could continue the story.

I got this as well, but Phase 1. He was on 20% health or so.
