Hi, today, 11:59 am on -3gmt I used all my 700 primordial points and did a respect to passives, logged out to join my friends game and When I was gonna set up my points the respec wasnt done and I had lost ALL my primordial points... Can you guys give it back?

Hi at 1am GMT+8 I lost about 3000 primordial points due to repseccing of gates of fate. I respecced twice as the game crashed twice soon after but the gates of fate remained the same. If I dont get them back, I wont play this game anymore
