I dont know if this is a bug or what but it is not supposed to happen I believe.
So, I used Wings of Ishmir and ended up here somehow...

I've been able to "fly" onto some things as well where I got absolutely stuck with no way to get out and since you can't portal in expeditions... had to log out and abandon it. I cannot imagine this is intended.
