As mentioned in another post the skill does not scale with attack speed / spell speed, it hits the same speed regardless.
Might be intended might not be so I am not TOO concerned about it... the MAIN ISSUE of this skill, the thing that needs fixing the most is the
Anti Mobility Form rune. it does not work at all, I do 3-5k damage with or without the rune active, with or without any ailments on the target.
It feels like Bleeding Edge took all the damage for itself on the similar rune from all the other abilities that do the same thing and just does insane damage while the other skills don't do any damage.
