When I have veiled eclipse pants equipped, Infinity Blades (IB) slotted, and a duplicate IB slotted, there are numerous bugs with how IB spends resources, depending on if Gusts in Dark Space (GIDS) mod is selected. For the following scenarios, please take extra care to notice if I am talking about the original IB or the DUPLICATED IB. Selecting GIDS for the the original IB seems to affect how the duplicated IB spends resources in some cases. Here are the scenarios I've tried. Also note, veiled eclipse pants are quipped in all of theses scenarios:

1) Using IB with no mods - spends will as intended (no bug)
2) Using IB with GIDS - spends no resources when it should spend rage (bugged)
3) Using DUPLICATED IB, no mods - spends will in all scenarios as intended (no bug)
4) Using DUPLICATED IB with GIDS, AND the UNDUPLICATED IB has no mods - DUPLICATED IB spends will instead of rage (bugged)
5) Using DUPLICATED IB with GIDS, AND the UNDUPLICATED IB has GIDS - DUPLICATED IB spends spends no resources when it should spend rage (bugged)

The bug in scenario 2 is new. IB +GIDS used to spend rage with veiled eclipse equipped, as intended, but second dawn seems to have broken this. The bugs in scenarios 4 and 5 have been around since launch (see link from my initial bug report from 5 months ago below). Sad to see that these were not fixed with second dawn. I would really like to play a build that uses two versions of IB to balance will and rage spending. I've been playing IB+Aether Ray to accomplish something similar until the bugs are fixed, but second dawn bricked this too (scenario 2 above) without fixing the initial bugs...
