I was at the end of an expedition with a full inventory. There was an offering shrine next to the trading shrine. So I clicked on the offering shrine to get the item, and it drops the item to the ground. I immediately clicked the trading shrine, but I was no longer able to open my inventory. Even after going back to town through the portal, I still can't open inventory or trade with the merchant.
