Is Merchant Prince Damascus a big stoner? I have given him my report now to end Act 1 four times and he cant seem to remember that I am in Act 2.

Is Merchant Prince Damascus a big stoner? I have given him my report now to end Act 1 four times and he cant seem to remember that I am in Act 2. Even finished the first few parts of Act 2, got dropped and when I came back I am back at the end of Act 1.

This has happened to me multiple times as well, and it has happened significantly into act 2. Additionally this last time I full on crashed and it reset me to the beginning of act 1. I wouldn't try to progress until this bug is ironed out.
