Has happened to me multiple time. I kill the boss for that level and it doesnt complete the quest and doesnt open the portal to the next level. It just says challenge the boss which I cant because they are dead and I am just stuck there with the selling shrine with no portals. Also just had it happen with lured untainted, killed the final boss, no loot, no town portal. Really annoying and a waste of time.
