Definitely agree, I have around 10% spell leech and I don't recover any HP anymore in combat since yesterday. It only recovers when I cast bulwark of dawn.
Not really practical on bosses on difficulty master and above

I have problem with some bosses with life leech, not only spells, life leech rend dmg on weapon.
