It says Critical causes Lightning to fork out. I have yet to see that effect and my critical is 50%. What am I missing here? If it critical, it hits nearby enemies one extra time ? All I see is the normal "jumps". I was hoping Critical hits cause lightning to jump between targets back and forth.

Either way, if this rune is not bugged, then the effect is horribly weak.
