List of Current Bugs

I have started playing again and have noticed a few bugs (when online in multiplayer with Bloodtrail characters):

  1. When exiting to the main menu, then leaving the game completely: it just crashed upon close. A similar crash occured when leaving a multiplayer game and deciding to rejoin (that time it collected a crash report). My game crashed not once when actually trying to play it, so it is a bit comical that it only crashes when trying to leave (as if I am not allowed to leave :-P).   2. While using tab to swap between the minimap and map overlay, two yellow boxes can appear on the screen (one slightly left of the middle and on slightly right of the middle), but they do not appear concurrently. The pattern of what happens when continually hitting tab is:
    a. Switch from minimap to map overlay.
    b. Switch from map overlay back to minimap.
    c. Switch from minimap to map overlay.
    d. Switch to left yellow box.
    e. Switch to right yellow box.
    f. Switch back to minimap.

Addtionally, if you hit tab, then start using the up/down/left/right arrows on a keyboard, you can find the boxes as well. It seems like there are a set of boxes that should remain invisible, but tab allows access to them and highlights them similarly to how tab highlights active buttons on a webpage.

  1. My friend got stuck in the map terrain twice moving through the story. The first time was on the right side of one of the maps near the start of Chapter II (I think it was Galatha Lake) i some debris. The second time with in the bottom right corner of the vault of hope fight where he was wedged in with a pile of debris or bodies. He was unable to move at all and in the second case was also unable to teleport out, then to me because it was a boss-type encounter.

  2. This bug has been around for a while, but sometimes when using ranged weapons (I have noticed with a bow and pistol), shooting at enemies or inanimate objects sometimes doesn't generate rage, destory objects (or likely do any damage). To the best of my knowledge, there is no "chance to hit" mechanic in the game, but even if there was, this would not be the problem anyway, because when the bug occurs, you have to stop attacking and move to fix it (so continuing to attack does nothing). I used to think that the shot might have been getting blocked by other players, pets, companions, summons or NPCs, but I think it is something wrong with hitboxes and projectiles in general since it also has happened on destructibles. If this is intended, can you please state it as such somewhere and more importantly change is PLEASE! Haha

  3. This last one isn't necessarily a bug, but at the minimum requires better tooltips. When completing all of the steps on a hunt to launch the final boss/bosses on a hunt, during one hunt we had three bosses of that type (dang war beast) form with about a 15-30 delay between each. In a later hunt, we had five Svriir Alphas form. IF this is INTENDED, then fine, but warn us that it is a "pack" or enemies or something. Three war beasts was just insane though.

  4. I can't confirm this personally like many others have, but I guess Fate-Adjucatrix Zeitgeist's minimap icon disappeared again.

Update: I can confirm that Zeitgeist's icon has again disappeared. Additionally, in reference to the hunt spawning multiple bosses during the story: we had 15-30 (it became difficult to count that high and fit that many on screen) Demon of Souls spawn as a hunt boss. I thought that 3-5 were bad, but 15+ definitely can't be right. LOL!
