I am unable to pick up items that drop from chests/mobs, but only some of the time. The ones I cannot pick up are visible on screen but have no nameplate, even when using hotkey to show item names on ground. Seems to be completely random when this happens. For instance I opened a chest that dropped three pieces of gear, but could only pick up one piece. Othertimes I can loot all or none.

I got same and have some strange temp fix for this:
LEFT CLICK ON THE GROUND
and pickup loot, its works for me lol
