Yeah, the whole targeting is bugged, no matter if loot or smaller opponents. And as melee the character often start attacking before he gets in reach of the target( enemies as well crates ).

This game is in alpha state. Skills bugged, perks bugged, quests bugged, targeting bugged, offline game mode bugged and online mode totally broken.

no issues clicking an item for me 3 days now..

My major issues were looting and no alt+tab which i'm told Borderless window solves it. There's also no audio problem on like entering caves but moving solves that problem for now.
