I start Project Primordial Institute (West) and decide to cancel it. I lost 200 000 golds , 6 000 primordials is this a bugg or what. So please do something about it and i want my resources back if its a bugg .

This is not a bug, you pay to start it. If you cancel it, you lose any item you put in.
