Lost every skin and dye
i just lost every skin and dye on my character. reconnect or restart doesnt fix this.

Restarted game x times yesterday and today and nothing useful happened. I lost Stash (all Crafting Mats :( ), Skins and Dyes three times now. Is there any other advice to get these things back? Would be nice to know that all "new effort" is safe now before continuing playing.
