I've had this happen a few times now where the first half of a zone isn't populated at all, and then the back half of the zone doesn't have enough mobs to fill the boss spawn bar.

First couple times I stubbornly spent like 20 minutes scouring the map, looking for any mobs to kill. Now I just exit to menu and start over if the front half of the zone isn't populated. Rather waste 12500 gold than 20 minutes.
