Hello,

I was in a mini-dungeon and had one of the NPC allies with me.

I found one of the shrines that gives you loot when you interact with it. The loot was legendary (woo!) but as I was reading my reward options, the npc killed another mob in the dungeon and finished the quest for killing mobs in that dungeon. When this happened, the two reward screens bugged out and closed, and I didn't get loot from either of them. (boo.)

Might want to look into this interaction when you have a chance. I'm not max level, so the loss of loot only sucks a little bit, but still sucks regardless.
