Every time I login any character there is health missing.

I have Sorcerer(staff), Bruiser(2H), Warrior-tank(1H/shield) and Rogue(daggers) so doubtful it is any specific gear or skill tree because I haven't really used the same items or passives on any of the characters. The one constant is that all of them have missing health every time i login.

It could possibly have something to do with the Toughness stat itself because it appears the more points i have spent in Toughness, the more health that character has missing upon login. (For example my tank build usually has a quarter of his health missing upon login and has many points spent in Toughness whereas my Bruiser barely has an eighth of the bar gone and I have few points spent in Toughness on him.)
