My character doesn't move

When I'm in town and I open the inventory tab and sell items to MOHABI or HAVAR when I try to move my character, he doesn't respond. I click and the character doesn't move. With the load of hold it does move but clicking with the mouse it doesn't.
I have to leave and re-enter the game and it's a pain in the ass.
This happens to me often.

This has also happened to me not just in town but in the middle of combat at the last boss of 3 level run in a dungeon. Can't move or use and abilities or dodge or anything. Character is just frozen. Please fix
