I got both of the new cosmetic armor sets, and the next day they both disappeared completely from my cosmetic inventory, with seemingly no way to retrieve them

I've also had this problem; Not really a point to play and earn everything, if they are just going to get erased before I get to use them more then once! XD

same here mage cosmetics go missing each time i relog into the game....and staff transmogs dont register

Same - and nothing re-appeared post hot-fix although not sure it was supposed to help with this issue.
No idea how they will be able to give these skins back to the players !
