Offline character progress reset

Can you give us an approximatelly fix in offline reset progress??When i make a new character and exit the game,when i enter i still loose the character like i have never create it.Can you please inform us about this too?

I have the same issue.
With the current online problems, this prevents us with the bug completely from playing the game
