I have a lvl 28 ranger. I have spent 4 passive skill points on Passive Dodge Chance and should have a total of 70%. I don't know if it's a direct translation on the character page or not, but I feel I definitely shouldn't have 0.0% PDC still. I have also spent 1 passive skill point on Covert Operative, which adds 100% PDC after being struck. I have opened my character page and watched this stat as I ran into a pack of enemies and died, the whole time it stayed 0.0%. This is a huge problem as this is the foundation for my entire build. Am I missing something here?
