Happens to me too. The second the force shield is full it drops to 0. I dare to say that the life leech isn't working either I got 10% of leech and it's not showing at all while attacking with Infinity blades.

I've got also "Time Weaver - Dire Juncture", sometimes due to that "0 Shield" problem, my energy shield just goes from 0 - 100% at the speed of my recharge rate constantly. When full, goes back to 0 then back to 100%, Unending loop.

Yes I'm noticing this too so I just respecced earlier to not use those talents, which is unfortunate. Been trying to focus on hard force shield passives instead for the time being.
