When i log in tonight my Personal Chest have all items i had before servers down 2 days ago. When i finish Act1 and all cinematics end amd Act 2 starts i teleport to city and in my Personal chest i get that same items i had after first log in tonight(starting act2 reset my chest), i lost all items i put to chest between that first time login tonight and finish act1.

Nop.... Even the first chest that if I remember correctly was already unlocked at start, and then I bought the other one for 20K, after playing like 25h nonstop all its gone again... this is so unlucky, happened just now so.... problem not solved I guess ? fm

It has happened to me twice. I purchased the 100 priced chest, 20000 priced chest and all the items deposited in my chest dissapeared and it is making me purchase all the stashes again with the money i had originally gone.

I'm having the same problem. I just started out so I haven't lost much of value, but I've had to purchase the first chest unlock twice now.

I first assumed the fixed the issue with the missing items from personal chest but today i logged in and my crafting orbs are gone (entropy orbs etc or how ever they are called in english).
Fun fact some other items are still there. So it is not like evrything vanished. Only crafting items...

Same, lost many items (not just crafting) but not all item either although some unique :(
not sure what the best option is... but this bug has happened for a very long time if i look at the bug report.
