This modifier doesn't seem to work at all. Should allow you to move to the location of the thrown blade upon activating the ability again, but this doesn't happen, only throws out another phantom blade charge.

Edit: Seems like moving to the position of the thrown blade requires the use of the second charge to move, so I guess this is working as intended?
