Made it to act 2, up to the point where I was sent to talk to a witch(zin?). She was in a cage, but the cage did not break, and conversation could not start.
I exited to the menu to see if going back into the game would help. The game did Not save my progress, leaving me with a level 24 character in the tutorial.

This was in offline mode, as the servers were not working due to launch day traffic. I played through to the town again to try and test, and this time progress was saved. Perhaps it's something to do with the change in acts? There's a space in Game Settings where it looks like there should be an act selection, but it only shows act 1.
