Projectiles not inflicting damage
Issue: as described. Projectiles correctly detect collision, but then do not inflict damage/restore willpower/etc. For example, a staff attack, with its bouncing projectiles, will frequently redirect the attacks to new targets after hitting the original target, but without inflicting damage/restoring willpower.
Steps to reproduce: Equip a projectile weapon, turn on all damage numbers in the options, go wander around left clicking things until you find a monster that doesn't take damage. For me, large bosses are the worst offenders - I only hit Lambach 1 in 4 times, which meant both my damage and willpower generation were very sub-par, and had a similar experience on the demon with the second piece of the Hellion. The issue still applies to small targets, but those typically move more. Remaining stationary will cause the attacks to continue missing until you or the target moves (usually), which makes it harder to consistently reproduce on the smaller, more mobile creatures.
Reports on reddit indicate that it is especially prevalent during act 3, and continues into post-campaign territory.
Severity: the game runs, but it's crippling, gameplay-wise. All projectile damage is greatly reduced, by virtue of 'missing' a large percentage of the time, especially on the targets that need the most damage.
