Quest is asking me to "talk to Zima, however I see Zima in the cage but unable to talk to her. Logged out, started the campaign again and still cannot talk to her. Cannot continue the campaign so stuck at level 25. help?

So I have to start over completely? I was playing in "Story Mode" Took a whole day playing to make it level 25 !!!!!!
Just tried to log in and lost all progress back to the beginning of Act 1. cannot use any spells. DEVS please help!!
