Randomly falling through ground which causes mission to fail. Doesn't seem to be a pattern or cause.
Happens at least once every few missions

This is indeed a known issue since the beta. Since they did not fixed it up to this point, we can assume, its an issue with the CryEngine itself - most likely caused by some issues with the Navigation Mesh and each Operators playing on it. (Hint for the developers ;) , as they seem to need it )
