This is a repost because of the ridiculous spam/hater in the forums....
So i've tested my ailment damage with and without the item and i'm doing the same amount of damage.
it says "+0.3% Ailment Damage per Wisdom Point (up to +100%)" i have over 1000 wisdom so i am easly reaching that 100% twice over. so my dot damage should be doing double the damage with my ailments but it's still the same amount of damage, i'm level 62, full ailment build. before having this item i was doing around up to a max of 24k with lucky crit procs from [Primordial Insight] passive but usually do about 18k-20k at max stacks without the chest, with the chest i'm doing the same amount of damage. it's clearly not working as intended. please fix this soon, as ailment damage builds are very lack luster as gear (except this one piece i found) doesn't have any ailment damage increases this is the first piece of gear i've found that has it as it's a unique specifically for this but it doesn't even work :P
