I had just finished running a quick adept expedition with max modifiers for some quick productivity and i had three active projects (Planning Committee III, Crop Rotation and Cartographical Archives), the production i received from the expedition was enough to complete Crop Rotation and the Cartographical Archives and as i completed them i received the "Princely Patronage" achievement which is for rebuilding the Cartographical Archives, The Salt Baths Of Stormfall, the Refuge For The Blind, and the entire primordial institute in champions of stormfall mode.

The issue is out of all the productions required for the achievement i have only finished the Cartographical Archives and none of the others, i can provide screenshots if necessary but I don't think they will change anything/provide any more information than i have already given.
