I've managed to reset the passives for pretty much everything i had (build i had/have is literally unplayable).
While forming the new passive tree the server disconnected (nothing was confirmed on the new tree).
After reconnecting the old passive tree was restored and the primordial affinity was gone (the 650 i used to reset the tree).
