I have an NVidia 2070 Super GPU with latest driver installed and a 32" monitor, 2560x1600 native set to 60 Hz refresh rate.
There is an obvious shimmer in the background display as you run through areas, every couple of seconds.

Update: The shimmer does not happen in offline mode.

sHIMMER DOES NOT HAPPEN IN ONLINE MODE ANY MORE AS OF VERSION 1.0.3.
