Shop NPC and other things outside Cell-H Map
Sometimes the random things like the Map-Shop, Totems, Cursed Chests, etc spawn on the broken bridge on the map Cell-H Ramparts and u cant get there... its kinda frustrating finding something useful and u can not go there
