Hello,

Randomly (or maybe it's because my character is in a middle of an animation), some of the skills I trigger just doesn't do anything. Sovereign Shout gives no buffs and no rage, Juggernaut gives no shield, ... but still activates the cooldown of the skill!

To be more specific, I see the rage generated by Sovereign Shout for half a second, then it's taken back. Same for Juggernaut, I see the shield bar for about half a second, and then it goes away, as if I never used the skill (but still activates the cooldown, preventing from trying again).

That's very annoying.
