Yeah I noticed this as well when I went to change my Transmog for the first time and I had absolutely zero Sorcerer Armour skins to choose from.

Definitely an annoying bug as we'll have to refarm after whatever fix.

That's the thing though, you can't refarm any of the skins you lost from the campaign, as the majority are only available if you play the campaign, so we got screwed, besides the sorcerer skins, i also lost the unique skins you get..

Btw, i lost all my skins and dyes twice during the release of the game, and they never restored them.

For people that play seasonal content, the chronicles, that won't be so bad because they have to go through the campaign again anyway.

In regards to colours, i could swear i have unlocked some colours twice or thrice in my current playthrough but it could be supersticion, didn't pay enough attention when it happened. Feels fishy. If i can get my hands on more colour drops, i will run some tests.

Edit: Indeed, there are colours that can be consumed after already unlocking them. Will open a separate thread for that Bug.

The new armor skins added in Bloodtrail aren't saved either and you cannot research them again.

So after restating it started saving skins for Sorcerer and then after playing for a few hours they all disappeared again.

Fixed with patch 1.1.0.2

Sorcerer skins saving properly again.
Missing skins need to be picked up again.
