To revive you need to hold down the dodge key. Default would be spacebar unless you've changed the key bindings.

I think they should change the text that appears on screen asking you to press SPACE no matter your key rebinding. It should ask you to press whatever key you configured and that would be easier to understand for everyone.

Yeah, I agree. Took me a while to figure out how to revive because I have dodge/revive on a different key
