Money wasting bug with the Refuge for the Blind project if you start it and then select to abandon.

I've lost 200k so far before i realized what was going on. First time it happened i thought it would continue after unlocking it once, that is, i've already payed once so it would be free to continue as a please. But by starting it a second time, another 100k disappeared. So i've just lost 200k out of my 300k+ i had saved so far. Doesn't feel that great to be honest.
