The stash would just stay open even above cut scenes. I'd show you a screen shot but I can't open paint when wolcen is open. Can't open steam or many other apps either.

Also had the same issue with the Stash when I opened it today. You can't add or remove anything from it, can't close it,

If you click your stash again, it should fix it. It did for me at least. Hope this helps until they find a fix for it. :)
