Story reset

Hey, i played yesterday until mid of act2 in offline mode. When i wanted to continue today, i started at the beginning of act 2.
So i logged out to check the settings and when i started to play again,suddenly the intro started to show.
In the game settings section i can only choose act 1 - children of heimlock.

My character is still there at lvl 26, did just my story progress somehow reset? Or am i missing something?

Hey, same here. Played 10 hours, 'till act 2 - the quest where I should talk to Zima.
There was no story mark, and I could not speak to her. So I switched to the main menu to try again from the last save point.
but... I started at the very beginning of act 1. Children of Heimlock.

Dude... that is not funny. 10 hours lost? please fix that fast. And I hope, that I did not have to go the complete way again...
My char is lvl 27, and I played offline.

I have same problem. All progress is reset. Every from level 1 and char. creation. I play offline and onlline is cant start solo or in coop. If i create offline profile and after loading i go back in to the main menu profil is ok, but if i leave game to the windows and again starting profile is deleted and everything from start.
