I just started a level 100 expedition with a map that increased wealth omen spawns and I was stuck behind an invisible wall. I had my livor mortis summon out when I went into the dungeon. I wasn't able to use my Aether Jump skill to get out and it appeared as though I was stuck between two invisible walls at the start of the dungeon.
